Shane played a variety of sports growing up and always been an active person with an interest in fitness and working out. Prior to making personal fitness his living, he worked in law enforcement for 21 years and recently retired in April 2015. He also served an additional 16 years in the armed forces. These days when he is not helping clients reach their goal, he enjoys spending time with his family, weight training and being outdoors.

My fitness journey began at a very young age. I started resistance training/weight lifting as early as high school. I’ve stayed active all my life, but didn’t start getting really serious about my training until around 2013. This led to my becoming a competitive bodybuilder. I was just ready to take my body to the next level. As I saw how fitness and diet changed not only my physique, but also my energy level and mentality, I decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry. I love helping people, inspiring people, and watching them reach their fitness goals. I can train all ages and all fitness levels – even the most determined competitor!

I am a recent graduate from Texas Tech University where I have obtained a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Sports Management, with a minor in Health. My main focuses were in strength and conditioning and exercise physiology where I learned how to approach a wide range of individuals with varying ages, experience levels, fitness goals and controlled illnesses/injuries. Being able to assist others in reaching and surpassing their fitness goals is what I take pride in. I will supply you with nutritional guidance as well as the proper workouts tailored for you to meet your goals. Holding you accountable every step of the way, I will push you and help you get to where you would like to be in your fitness journey.
